Yes. There is no cost and no obligation. If you would like us to make the improvements, we agree the scope and cost with you first.
Which Zoho apps do you review?+
Zoho CRM, Zoho One and the most common apps, such as Books, Desk, Projects, Campaigns, Forms, Analytics and Creator. We focus on the apps your business relies on most.
Do you need access to our Zoho account?+
Not necessarily. We can review your set-up together on a screen-share call, or you can give us temporary access, which you can remove at any time.
Is our data safe during the review?+
Yes. We only look at what is needed for the review, keep everything confidential and are happy to sign an NDA first. Any access is removed when we finish.
Do we have to use ZoSwitch to make the changes?+
No. The recommendations are yours to keep. Many businesses ask us to help, but you are free to use your own team or your current partner.
We already have a Zoho partner. Can we still have a health check?+
Yes. A fresh pair of eyes is often useful. We can also take over support if you decide to move to us.
