1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZoSwitch website (zoswitch.com) and any services provided by ZoSwitch Ltd ("ZoSwitch", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
ZoSwitch is a business systems consultancy and Zoho partner. We provide consultancy services, system implementation, and cloud-based solutions. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Accounts
Where our services require an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
4. Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed as described on our website. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store your card details.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds.
5. Your Data
You own all data you enter into our services. We do not claim any rights over it. You grant us a limited licence to host and store your data solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data. Our services are business tools — they do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.
You may export your data at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days before it may be permanently deleted.
6. Intellectual Property
Our website, software, design, and content are the property of ZoSwitch Ltd. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our services.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other accounts or systems, disrupt our infrastructure, or resell our services without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoSwitch Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
